These ministries contribute to the operation of the parish, provide support for the parish staff, and ensure fiscal controls and accountability of resources are in place.

Building Security Ministry
Open and close the parish buildings seven days a week. Unlocking doors in the morning and making sure the building is secure at night. Time commitment for these duties in once a week, or every other week as the ministry grows.

Collections | Offertory | Sorting Ministry
To assure the security of our offered gifts of treasure, a team of two minister is needed to collect the offertory after each Mass, place it in a tamper-proof bag, and secure it in the parish safe. This ministry team consists of two unrelated parishioners at each Mass. Every week, a team of five to six parishioners gather in a secure location to count the weekend offertory and prepare the deposit. Events Management Ministry
This ministry assists staff with outside scheduled events in the Parish Hall and Lake House. They provide onsite supervision for these private events. Time commitment for these stipend positions is one event per month. Must be 18 years of age.

Finance Council
The Finance Council serves the Pastor sa a fiscal management advisory board. The Council provides oversight of the annual budget; reviews monthly and year-to-date reports; consults in matters of debt service, fundraising policies, procedures, and other fiscal matters. Members are appointed by the Pastor from those willing to serve and have relevant experience. The Council meets monthly, and members serve for a two-year term.

Gift Card Sales & Reconciliation
Gift Card Sales provides parishioners the opportunity to purchase gift cards for use at their favorite stores, while also earning the parish a percentage of the value on these cards. Proceeds support the Building Mortgage Fund. Assistance is needed with weekend Mass sales and weekday physical inventory reconciliation. Time commitment is one to two hours a month as the ministry grows, typically scheduled before and after Mass times.
Gift Cards

Grotto Ministry
This ministry is a family ministry. Members (adults and youth with an adult) replace the devotional candles in the Grotto by the pond on a weekly basis. Time commitment is 30 minutes on your scheduled day, once a month. 

Office Assistants | Office Mailing Ministry
Assist with mailings, stuffing envelopes, and Orders of Worship. Time commitment  is as needed (approximately four times a year).

Office Reception Ministry
Assist the Parish Office with reception, answering the phone, and other front desk duties. Training will be provided. Time commitment is one to two hours a week.

Parish Council
The Parish Council provides advice to the Pastor on the strategic direction of the parish. Interested members are chosen by lot as vacancies open. The Council meets once a month, and members serve for a three-year term.
