A Note from Mona BausoneHello, Michaelonians!
I am so excited to be here with all of you. You may have seen me at DYC/Summit or the Diocesan Work Camp in the last seven or eight years. My family and I have been members of St. Mary's Parish for 20 years. I have been working with families for Elementary Formation for the last three years. Before that, for almost 20 years, I was a corporate trainer, training in technology, workforce development, and personal development.
My husband and I have three adult children who were homeschooled, and I loved the opportunity to merge my corporate background with the educational needs of the homeschooling community. Throughout the years, both as a former homeschooling family and in the business world, I have developed a passion and love for sharing the beauty and depth of our faith. When I accepted the position of Elementary Faith Formation Coordinator, my daughter said, 'That's just a natural fit for you, Mom.'
Everyone I have met here at St. Michael Parish has made me feel welcome, and I feel that I 'fit" right in. Thank you, and I cannot wait to get to know you all!
