Our Mission
This ministry is dedicated to assuring the parish community stays in touch with parishioners, by sending cards and handwritten notes to those who are homebound, feeling a sense of isolation, and those needing prayers and support for various reasons, as well as the residents of Elizabeth Adam Crump Nursing Home and Our Lady of Hope Health Center.
Communicate our prayers and thoughts by sending handwritten cards to parishioners who are ill or homebound.
How can you get involved? If you’d like to help us stay connected to those at home and in nursing homes, please reach out to get connected with our ministry. We can also use support through supply donations of blank cards, stamps, envelopes, and pens.
We would like to extend our mission by sending prayers and wishes to those in our parish who are celebrating milestone birthdays or anniversaries. We keep all information confidential, but before sending your request, please consider whether the recipient would want to share this information. -
