The REGISTRATION FORM follows the Safety Guidelines and Wearing Masks sections below.

NOTE: If you fall within the vulnerable group, as defined by the CDC, we recommend that you stay home and worship with us online.

 Be Informed

• Arrive 10 minutes before Mass.
• Bell Tower doors is the ONLY means of entering and exiting the building.
• Everyone (ages 3+) MUST wear a mask before entering the building.
  • If you do not have a mask, you will not be admitted inside.  No exceptions.
• Social distancing (at least 6 feet apart) MUST be followed at all times.
  • Ushers will assist with the proper practice.
• Restrooms are for EMERGENCY USE ONLY.
• Bring your own sanitizer.

When You Arrive

• You MUST be on the Daily Mass List to enter and attend Mass.
• You MUST answer the following 3 questions, truthfully:
  • Have you or a household member had a fever in the last 2 weeks?
  • Do you or a household member have a new cough or new shortness of breath?
  • Have you come into contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks?

At Mass

• HOLY COMMUNION
  • We encourage everyone to receive the host ON THE HAND ONLY.
    • keep your mask on as you approach
    • receive the host in your FLAT hand
    • step aside
    • properly pull down your mask
    • place the host in your mouth
    • properly pull up your mask before returning to your seat
  • If receiving on your tongue, you must receive the host:
    • after everyone has received on the hand
    • ONLY from the priest
• We will not hold hands during the Lord's Prayer.
• We will not shake hands during the Sign of Peace.
• A cantor will not be present.
• There will be no singing.
• WAIT TO BE DISMISSED by an usher at the end of Mass.

In-Person Mass and Singing

Masks are required at all times. 
For everyone's safety, please wear your mask properly.

• Wash your hands before putting on your mask.
• Put it over your nose and mouth.
• Secure it under your chin.
• Make sure it fits snugly against the side of your face.
• Avoid touching the body of the mask while wearing.
• Clean your hands thoroughly after removing your mask.
• Do not reuse a dirty mask.
