St. Michael Parish has always enjoyed having a reputation of extending a warm welcome to everyone who enters the building, and Ministers of Hospitality help play a vital role. This ministry offers an opportunity for families to serve the community together. Even the youngest family members can help!

Ministers of Hospitality:

• greet worshippers prior to Sunday and Holy Day services

• distribute Orders of Worship

• assist parishioners and guests being seated

• collect the financial gifts of the assembly during the Offertory

• guide communicants to the altar to receive Eucharist

Training for Current, Former, and New Hospitality Ministry Members

Have you ever considered helping with hospitality before or during Mass?
We are looking for adults, youth, and children (Grade 3 and up) to join the ministry. There are some ways for younger children to get involved, as well.

We are offering two training sessions.
