So many people to thank! First and last, we all thank God for the gift of his Son and the sacrifices He made out of love for us. It was great to see so many people here attending all the services. And it is even more impressive to see the army of volunteers that make it all work. More particularly, I want to thank:
the youth for their help with the palms and ashes this year
all the volunteers and attendees at the Seder Meal; it was the largest group ever, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves
all of the people who helped lead the Stations of the Cross throughout the season of Lent
all of those who prepared soup, served lunch, and helped organize our Ecumenical Lenten Lunch and Speaker Series
Tom Kaczmarek and our Music Ministry who enhanced our worship—many volunteers attending multiple times
Alison Eichler, who stepped in to help organize Holy Week, and the army of volunteers who did everything from decorating, to serving, to welcoming, to being Eucharistic Ministers, to…
all of those who helped prepare or sponsor our babies, Catechumens or Candidates;
Scott Guy who was moving all the chairs and tables as things were constantly in motion
Fr. Jim and all the deacons—David, Bob, Greg and both Andys
all the people I will think of after this has gone to press
all of YOU who attended and reverently helped us celebrate Lent, Holy Week, and Easter!
And congratulations to all the newly baptized, adults and babies! Let us continue in praise of God and celebrating the Easter Season!
