Show begins at 5 PM and ends at 9:30 PM.
Set up is available, starting at 3 PM.
All vendor cars should be moved out of the show area by 4:30 PM.
Vendors must be packed up by 10 PM.
Vendors should not pack up prior to the end of the event.
Saturday, October 26th
Show begins at 9 AM and ends at 2 PM.
Set up is available starting at 7:30 AM.
Vendors must be packed up by 3 PM.
Vendors should not pack up prior to the end of the event.
All vendor cars should be moved out of the show area by 8:30 AM.
Electricity is not available.
This is not a juried show.
Up to one table and two chairs will be provided for a single space. Up to two tables and two chairs will be provided for a double space. On Vendor Payment form, please indicate the number of tables and chairs you will need, to set up your space, after selecting your space size.
You must provide your own tent.
Vendors who participate in both days of the event can leave their tents overnight. All crafts/wine must be taken and brought back the second day. Security will be provided overnight.
Wine Vendors
Wine Vendors are encouraged to bring bottles of wine for shoppers to purchase!
Wine glasses will be available at the entrance/ticket tent, for $10 per glass.
Each purchased glass will include 10 tickets. One ticket can be used per vendor. It is up to each vendor what is included, when shoppers use their tickets. It could be good for one tasting or maybe small amounts of multiple wines, depending on the vendor!
